1. Download this IdmSetup+Patch.
2.Extract the file.
3. Install the Setup.
4. Now open Patch folder according to your processor 64 or 32 bit type.
5. Copy the file and Paste them into C:\\ >> Program Files (x86) >>Internet Download Manager
6. Now Double click and install the patch.
